Project Requirements
To begin a project, clients must provide:

BiltinWeb will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.
Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made according to the agreed price and timeline.
- For most projects, advance payment is required to start the work.
- Work will begin only after the initial payment is confirmed.
- Final deliveries will be provided after full payment is completed.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated under our Refund Policy.
We use secure payment gateways to ensure safety during transactions.
Project Delivery
We aim to deliver all project work on time as agreed. Delivery time may vary based on:
- Project complexity
- Client response time
- Additional revisions requested
If any delay occurs due to technical or unforeseen reasons, we will notify the client promptly.
Revisions Policy
We provide revisions based on the project package or agreement.
Revisions will not include:
- Additional features outside the original scope
- New design concepts or major structural changes
- Unspecified requirements not discussed earlier
Any extra changes may require additional cost.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to messages, questions, or approval requests
- Ensure they have rights to use all materials they submit (images, text, logos, etc.)
BiltinWeb is not responsible for legal issues arising from unauthorized content provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
After full payment:
- You own the final design or website delivered to you
- BiltinWeb retains rights to use the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise
Clients do not own:
- Unapproved drafts
- Source files unless included in the package
- Custom code or premium assets unless purchased
Limitation of Liability
BiltinWeb is not liable for:
- Loss of data caused by client misuse
- Third-party service issues (hosting, plugins, APIs, payment gateways)
- Any technical issues that arise after the project is delivered
Our responsibility is limited to the services we directly provide.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party tools, plugins, themes, or services to complete a project.
BiltinWeb is not responsible for:
- Third-party updates or security vulnerabilities
- License renewal costs
- Compatibility issues caused by external providers
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project if:
- The client violates these Terms
- The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally
- Payments are delayed or refused
In such cases, the client may not be eligible for refunds.
Modifications to Terms
BiltinWeb may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
